I had what I thought was an unusual order.  I really liked the personal attention I received from the Billiard-Zone.  They went out of their way to ensure my order was accurate and even upgraded with a free cue case due to unavailability of the ordered case.  I do not know of any other site that could have filled this order without having to use two different companies without the fear of the end result being non-compatible.  Billiard-Zone was able to test the compatibility before I ordered which allowed me to make an informed decision.

I am sure I will use Billiard-Zone again and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have just received my order and I am very happy with the bridge heads, also I would like to thank you for the complimentary BCA Guide Book and Ultra Glide that you sent me.  Thank you.  If you ever wonder why I order supplies from a company so far away (YOU)!,  well there are a few reasons really!  The first is that much of the American pool supplies I get are simply not available in this country, even Master's Chalk is next to impossible to get hold of, secondly the prices are much better and the customer service is wonderfully helpful.  Even though I do not order a great many things as I only supply things for myself, you remain the most primary place to visit when I need anything.

Ms. Browning, I received the replacement cue rack on Tuesday,  WOW!  What a difference in quality!  The parts fit together snugly and the quality of the wood is much better.  After receiving the first rack, I assumed that we had found a good price only because we were buying seconds.  From the rack we just received, I believe that you are selling good quality racks and we just happened to get a lemon.  I thank you for your assistance in dealing with the distributor.  I appreciate your concern and prompt service.  I will recommend your site to friends who also own a pool table.  Again I say thank you.

For the past few days I have been scouring the Internet for a simple need, a rubber bumper for my Players cue.  I have had credit card in hand, ready to accept any reasonable price.  Unfortunately, I have been coming up with one obstacle after another.  I would get answers like "We don't carry those" or "minimum order is $50".  Few people "get it" that the key to good business is how a customer is treated.  That's why I am pleased to write this letter.  Your company was one of the many that I contacted in my diligent search.  Although I believe you also had a minimum order, you overlooked that to satisfy me.  You didn't even charge me for the bumper or the shipping!  Well, I received it today and I will report that with some minor modification, it fits my cue.

I was surprised to find so many companies on the net representing billiard supplies.  They all purport to have "the world's largest selection. . ." or "the worlds greatest quality.  .  .".  They just seemed to all blend together.  The one thing that makes the Billiard Zone stand out in front of the others is how you handled my insignificant request.

I hope you understand by now that I really do appreciate your efforts.  Even though it seems like a small thing, it is very big to me.  I am in a pool league and I will relate this story to others.
