Our Guarantee and Return Policy:
Upon receipt of the products if you are not completely satisfied, we will make arrangements for replacement of the item(s). All items must be unused - cues must also be unchalked. The reason for this is that all of the items that Billiards Zone sells are new and not second hand. If we take a cue back that has been chalked or used, we would be unable to sell that cue as new, even if the chalked tip is replaced and the cue is cleaned up or refinished - think about it!.

Warping of cue shafts is not covered.

On all items that are being returned for personal reasons, there will be a 10 percent restocking fee and you will pay for shipping charges.

Returns for items shipped free of charge, will incur a $7.95 handling fee.
Heavier items will be charged actual cost of shipment of the package.

If the product is being returned because of a manufacturer's defect or shipping damage, we will pay for the shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Shipping Information:

Orders over $50 will be shipped UPS Ground free of charge (Continental United States). All other orders will be charged at UPS rates available at Check Out. (Free Shipping limit of up to 10lbs) International orders will be charged a $25.00 handling fee in addition to any shipping charges.  All items that are not in stock will ship out to you as soon as they become available.  Your shipping charges will increase by $5.00 for the backordered items.

International Shipping Information:
Shipping Abroad is as Easy as 1-2-3!!!
We ship via UPS Expedited and Products shipped to Europe take approximately four (4) days. Products shipped to Canada take approximately three (3) days. Express is also available. We do not ship via post office. ONLY UPS
